 ONLINE:  We offer a full-service ONLINE model. Meaning, you order ONLINE and we do all the shopping for you.  You are welcome to purchase any of our new containers showing online for purchase.  However,  for a closed loop container model, we would recommend selecting one of our deposit jars for your use.  If you are not purchasing a container, we will use a mix of paper bags and deposit jars. The size of jar depends on what is available in store and the quantity ordered - i.e., we will do our best to provide the kind of jar that "makes sense" for your order based on what we have on hand.  Prices are per ounce for most items so make sure you are indicating the correct number of ounces you are wanting.  (Other items such as Dropps pods and toilet bombs will be packaged in paper bags for your convenience).  ***See below for more info on the deposit jar program***

Note:  If no container is selected for purchase and a container deposit not made, we will use a donated container of our choosing to fill your order.  You are welcome to return that container to use CLEAN after use.  

In-Store Pickup: When your order is ready just come collect it at the store during normal business hours - there are daily cut-off times for orders to be ready by the following business day  (please refer to our business hours if needed!).  The expected order pick-up window should be indicated automatically to you during checkout.  

Local Delivery:  If you prefer delivery - if your order meets the minimum delivery amount and you are in our delivery area, - just select your desired delivery date/time during checkout.  

For any liquid items, please remember to add a "Bulk container - deposit" item to your cart as a container for every item you ordered.  A $0.50 deposit will be collected for each at the time of purchase.  When you return the clean, empty jar back to the store, your $0.50 deposit will be credited back to you.  So don't forget to return those jars!  (We need them to help fill the next customer's order!)

1. Order online.  *Make sure to add your containers!*
2. Pay at check-out. 
3. Receive an order confirmation via email.
4. We pack your order the next business day.  
5. Receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup.
6. Pickup your order in store by giving us your name at the cash register.
